I'm thinking about purchasing an Inversion table to help me with my back problems. For those who have used one and have back problems do they work?

I have owned one and it really help with my back. I have done alot of hard work in my life and this was a must after long days. Would do it at max inversion for 15 mins after fully stretching my body. I might purchase another one when I finish my weight room.
