Vent all you want sweety, thats what we are here for (missed you) and after reading that well damn it wil probably take replacement . They just keep patching and patching and that is no good. I had ACL replacement and never squat over 315 anymore nny I can do 5 sets of 315 at 20 to 30 reps just won't push the heavier weight anymore. Stay healthy as it seems like there are a few of us injured at this time 😉.I made s bad fall two weeks ago (on an icy footpath). My right knee already badly damaged by torn ligaments and menisectomy 20 years ago swole up like a balloon. I waited a week before seeing a doctor who told me to keep moving and take Ibuprofen (which I skipped because it hurts my stomach). I did cardio only (45 min elliptical every morning). I thought everything was back to normal until yesterday. I played tennis and the knee hurts like hell today. It is unstable and swollen.
