Amazing transformation bro.
It's easy to transform a body over a short period of time and then let it go to shit. But 3 years shows a solid commitment and proves how much hard work and dedication you put into it.
Consistency will always be the key.

it happened over a long period of time and i don't think she even realizes how far i have come... don't get me wrong she compliments me on my build a lot, and we are going on 8 years together ... and 2 small kids so ... nightly is not happening...lol
