K what are your free weight sets looking like?
i workout alone (no spotter) so not sure about my max on much... recently my last work set of bench has ended on 340-345... 1 rep but pretty easy... i have a trap bar for the dead/squat exercise and usually end on around 400 for my last work set... last pullup i have around 60-65 pounds strapped around my waist.... i have a seated overhead powertec machine and usually end with around 4 plates a side on it...
i do these exercises 5 days a week... dead/squat, bench, pullup, overhead, and row... so since i'm doing them so frequent i use no forced reps or even grind it out reps...
