Ok guys......going to do a log.....Need some thoughts on what to take and what to do....

I am 5'10, 180lbs and about 12% BF (pics to come)....

Currently I am taking hgh, Test and slin post workout. I think I will run Tren, Decca (low dose), dbol (kicker)......

Anyway......I am a big 5x5 guy...love the approach....

Obviously high carbs because of the slin (10 units post workout)......

I guess it really depends on what you want to achieve. Are you thinking mass, recomp (its possible) or a cut?
 
Probably about 10lbs of lean mass.....I gain really fast and cutting is never a problem....my big issue is my shoulders suck, that and I am thick waisted.....

I know everyone says "about 10lbs of lean mass".....honestly I want to put on 30lbs but I am 44....

May I suggest German volume training? I'm giving it a go myself and love it. I've always been a 5x5 guy myself. It's a great change

i love the 5x5 approach too... but when on blast if i'm doing that type of workout i do it high frequency ...to get a lot of volume...

i have done full body..(push, pull, legs, some assistance work) 5-7 days a week on blast with great results... never went to failure though, because you would be back at it the next day
 
id drop the slim personally, cant say its doing anything outside its normal fat storage function ,many people are worst off on slim.

10 lbs of lean muscle is a serious challenge based on what info you're providing here . if you're serious id say be prepared to change your thinking and i'd gladly give you feedback, some smart guys here, many know diet and protocols very well /

I tried the full body last run and it burned me out fast. I was gassed by third day. I might can do it 4 days but I can't see doing more.

well drugs and food.

you are on high cards, we know you need a few carbs while using slin, say 50-60 g based on your dose
insulin is a great fat storage hormone and when provided the necessary carbs it will make you fat. everytime

all im saying is if your goal is to gain 10 lbs of lean muscle id like to see the plan . food being the main tool to achieve this, what's your diet look like please post.
drugs can assist you in recovery and to maximise the nutrient use. what's your protocol please post it
exercise. you using a 5x5 but you want to grow . please add your age so i can make sense of this approach , perhaps its good in a rotation logic, i simply see more data in the volume training when size and actual muscle growth are the goals.

im happy to share my log with you. or review any info you provide to assist you in the goal
 
I posted my age. I am 44. Post workout I take 40g protein and 50g carbs with slin

Other than that I eat clean and all I can.

I like 5x5 but am open to other methods. I usually rotate with volume.

Typical aas:
Test 250mg ew
Tren 700mg ew
Decca 150mg ew
Hgh 5iu ed
T4
Dbol 50mg ed 1st 2 weeks
Aromsin 12.5 eod

But open to ideas here

the foods the most important, so 3 meals ? or 5 or 6 meals ?

really the food will make or break a plan
the drugs are ok, people like what they like. for me id do something more gentle on the body for a lean bulk since its going to take some time to reach this goal, how long do you run the posted AAS protocol ?
 
12 weeks. I agree about the food. I need to eat more bottom line. 5,6,7,8 as much as I can and I will still have trouble putting on weight.

Maybe add EQ and drop t4?

lets start with the real magic , i can share drug use but lets first get on track eating

you need to begin , work permitting I know this is hard but to eat more frequently, this causes the body to ramp up the metabolism, you become accustom to the constant influx of food and you become a machine.. this is the most important part so you can add muscle and burn fat at the same time

examples of this, here is my current off season bulk diet


M1
4 eggs
3 pieces turkey bacon
3 pieces wheat bread
8oz cranberry juice

M2
7oz chicken
8oz red potatoes
Veggie is optional

M3
7oz beef
60 carbs/ gr pasta
1/2 cup red sauce

M4
7oz fish,chicken,turkey (your choice)
1 cup rice
1/2 cup broccoli

M5
6oz beef
8oz white potatoes
Veggie optional

M6
2 scoops whey
2 tbsp pb
2 rice cakes

if you want something that's a little leaner I can share that, this will add some fat obviously with the red meat , but it accounts for your carb requirements, although i truly believe you should drop insulin for a while and reconsider it down the road
 
I think what MB is trying to say is from looking at your pics, is that your not benefiting from the insulin.
5 x 5 won't give you optimal growth, your muscles need more time under tension.
I recommend more intense workouts but shorter, 1hr tops

How many days are you training?
