Yes, but as I said, the Representative Constitutional Republic guarantees true, equal Rights for all. These Rights are inalienable, as they are bestowed by our Creator, not by any man. This way, no man can deprive you of your Rights (AS LONG AS YOU'RE NOT A CRIMINAL). In a democracy it's play as you go, get a simple majority and anything can happen.Anything. That's why the FF's, in their infinite wisdom, set up a system of checks and balances, intended to make each branch wary and watchful of each other, which is a good thing.
Of course, our System of Governance has been corrupted by men (IRS, FED, all alphabet agencies, Civil War, direct election of Senators - which nullified the 10th Amendment), all these things were wrought by a government bent on usurpation of power which, in fact, was never delegated to them.

i dont think god bestowed anybody of any rights. why would god give different nations a different number of different rights? stating that any decision is made by god and thus stating this without evidence leads this into a religious discussion which is discussion between facts and fiction and raises more questions then gives answers.
as far as i can see and based on evidence everything that we humans do is our own decision and stating laws and rights come from god is in my eyes invalid. our whole system is based on human actions and responsibilities and never evokes god to justify anything, as this is the default position.

extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence (stating there is a good and even more stating that god is of a personal nature and thus is involved in our lives and even more that god somehow gave humans rigts) and i have not seen any proof of this in any way, thus this proposition of god giving rights is invalid until proof is shown. show me proof that god is real and gave humanrs rights and i will change my mind. until then god is a made up things by humans.

also, stating anything is unchangable is pretty dangerous and in my view a form of tyranny. that something regardless of mountains of logic and evidence cannot be changed, this is total oppression, nobody would accept this. some things should be much harder to change then others yes but not impossible. this would mean obvious laws made by humans were perfect but there is no definition of perfection thus a small group is oppressing others with laws that cannot be changed.

everything should be subject to change, absolutely everything. and especially laws that govern people.

i state that we the humans make our laws and we learn and evolve those laws. what is law now will change in 300yrs and what was law 300yrs ago is no longer law now. and this is good. anything can happen. freedom. no doctrine or fixed anything. anything is subject to change and discussion.

No disrespect DR, but besides rules and regulations our basic "Laws" haven't changed since 1215, when the Magna Carta ensured Freemen the Right to own Private Property. I could go on and on, but I partied too much last night and my brain hurts. 🙂

Perhaps if I start posting again I'll go all the way back and explain exactly why the FF's devised our System of Governance to assure every Free Person was allowed to own Private Property (the actual cornerstone of our Republic, not the 1ST or 2ND Amendments (the teeth of the other Amendments)).

Once again, our Inalienable Rights (actual text of the Constitution) are bestowed upon us because only God could then take them away, no man could. It doesn't matter what anyone think it means or should mean, it's all there in black and white for a reason. The Debate of the Articles of the Confederation took 13 YEARS! We had no Constitution until 1789. Some of the FF's wanted the Federal Government to have way less power. Some States merely wanted a very loose Confederation of States for trade, etc.

The Federal Government is now a bloated juggernaut of a Welfare State. There is no Free Market Economy, Private Property taxes (as well as payroll taxes is illegal (was supposed to be temporary). I could go on and on.

So, your piece is factually incorrect, my friend. The Constitution is very well laid out and the lexicon used is impeccable, salient and very cognitive for a reason.

When the Pilgrims 1st arrived in America they had very meager supplies. The 1st growing season they tried socialism (Not Marxism, he wasn't born yet). The plan was each would pitch in as well as they could and each would get an equal share. We all know how that worked out. They almost starved to death the 1st winter in Jamestown because of the vices of men. There will always be those who try to get by on less work yet still reap the benefits of society as a whole. The next spring a pact was made, no more democracy, if you didn't want to work you were sent back to Europe. Easy enough. Pacts were made that were the "pre-Constitution", if you will. After that, the Colonies began to prosper. True Free Market Federalism.
