dude take your egg whites, frozen strawberries or fresh, banana, chia seed or oatmeal or both and milk put in blender and your done

bam, large protein intake, carb and good fat!

plus its fast
 
Thanks for the ideas guys. Great start. Shakes are definitely easier cause we'll have 3 kids to get to school and one school teacher now. What oats in a shake, just instant? and cooked or dry?

Dry oats, whey, and some coconut oil is definitely an easy breakfast. Its good because you get to chew on the oats as well

You can used cooked or raw (dry) I suggest to not used instant, those things are like getting McDonald's compared to making your own burger!

Take a container of oats and put them in the food processor... The powder mixes right in.. I use to do this when I was traveling overseas, we rarely were fed enough.

There are instant steel cut oats out now. The one I use is called Better Oats.
 
I do a 10oz Sirloin....that's all you need and steak never gets old bro.
 
when Im really gaining I keep the 10oz steak and add in extra low glycemic carbo, 1 cup of steel cut oats or whatever....but the steak always stays!
