What are you recon-ing? If it's a 10Iu vial then add 1ml of Bac water. Every increment of 10 on the slin pin will be 1IU. (as long as you are using a 100tick mark slin pin)

If you have a 8IU vial you can either use 1ml of Bac water, which makes every 10 on the pin equal to .8 Iu's.....or,

the easiest thing to do would be to fill the slin pin to the 80 mark and recon with that, in which case, the 10 on the pin would be 1IU.

actually a 8iu vial reconned with 1ml would be .8 iu per 10tick. It's less protien per ml if you recon with a full ML

Best practice, if it's 8iu, recon with .8ml bact, 10iu recon with 1ml, 12iu recon with 1.2ml

then the numbers on the slin correspond to iu's

That would make each tick mark .1iu, which would be 1iu when you get to the 10mark. Because there are 10iu's in the vial. So divide the 10Iu's by the 100ticks, you get .1 per tick

Don't forget to let your bac water drip down the side of the vial. Then don't shake it, just let it sit and it'll damn near mix on it's own. Simply swirl gently (once should be enough) after a few minutes. The 191aa chain is super, super fragile. Unless you have hGH your GH is made in an e.coli culture, which adds stability to the 191aa chain.

Don't inject into vial and don't allow the vial to suck the bac water in all at once, hold on to the plunger and make it drip if you have to.

Since your natural hGH (is a diff between hGH and GH) is approx. 2 hrs. after sleepy time So, the best time to use, scientifically, theoretically, would be upon rising. Not just because of your natural hGH cycle (not being interrupted) but also because your Cortisol levels are highest in AM and hGH, or GH, fights excess Cortisol also.
