Definitely leaned up went all the way down to 206. Upped protein now sitting about 208-209 for several days.
Strength well I'll never get back where I was, this is tiny for me. But I'm still able to do 225 for 12-13 reps with no spot.
Considering one arm is mostly paralyzed and the others effected I guess it's ok.
I do want my strength back, but age and health perhaps this is for the best.
Only issue since I'm so much smaller now, loose skin and no not from fat before strokes I maintained a solid 275-295 leaner than I am now
