Newbie cycle

I keep a little long on top of prop @ all times..

Going with prop, because this guy doesn't have the patience to wait for Enan to kick in solo lmao. Very valid point about 5 and 6....

Thats where tbol will help..he will feel it right away and give the test e time to kick in...when it does he wont give a shit about sides lol

Definitely together so when he drops Prop his Test levels don't plummet waiting for long ester to kick in.
 
As a side note...my boy enroute30 jist ran his first ever aas cycle..it was aggressive by some standards.
1200mg test a week
Tne/dbol preworkout
But gained 24 lean lbs in 10 weeks

I'd say 1g+ for 1st cycle is aggressive by any standard.
 
I don't think u need prop at all. Once he gets pinned for the first time, he'll have a placebo effect and walk around flexing all the time.. I'd stick with test e.

That looks good. Just remember to tell him that the long ester won't kick in for a week or 2 (I'm sure you will). He's lucky he has a friend like you to hold his hand. lol.

that's what I don't like about vet boards.....no newb posts, well, except for mine - according to the EG label bestowed upon me. But yeah, newb posts are so.....so entertaining. I mean, you can't buy entertainment like that.

but anyway -

I guess when you say newbie I am assuming the guy has no cycle history, and if that's the case, why are you going to bother with tbol, or anything else for that matter (aside from test). I mean, the industry standard or a long ester test only is the standard for good reason.

if this guy has everything else right - caloric intake, supplements, workout, protein intake, rest - he should swell quite nicely on 500mg of cypionate or enanthate EW. And if he isn't completely elated with the results, then he is one of those rare exceptions to the rule.


the newb special -

500mg E or C - mon/thur schedule @ 250mg per inject
1-1.5 gr Protein per lb. of body weight
ZMA ED
5000mg glutamine ED

and, as we all know, food is the number one body building supplement, so, the correct caloric intake in all the correct percentages of fat / carb / protein. New muscle growth on an anabolic cycle is best realized when your calorie intake is at least 2000 calories above maintenance levels.

and I really don't care what anyone says, I'd throw creatine into the mix simply because of it's incredible anabolic qualities at generating the base cell nucli needed for new muscle tissue creation.

that and a good 8 hour rest every night.


first cycles are like first pieces of ass....so very sweet, and, you only get one shot at it, so do it right. this guy will never have another cycle as rewarding, gratifying or as effective as the first one.....and then it's a memory. after that, you are chasing the dragon, as they say.


anyway, just my .02, and what do I know. I'm newb myself. So there you have it.
