Yes CIM is only possible when trust has been established and the person is well known and respected. I personally like express better because the post office seems to treat those packs with more care and priority over anything else, it does cost alittle more but it is guaranteed on a certain day at a certain time or the fee is refunded, and it comes with tracking every step of the way. Priority is good but they are not guaranteed by a certain day and they are only given a certain window of time to arrive so they can go over that time with no repercussion on the post office and they don't treat them with any higher priority than a regular piece of mail I believe, they do come with tracking but they have been later than a few days before.
Thanks

Express is 20 bucks for a large envelope and that is only a third of the price of domestic Western Union. I don't mind that at all. There is no hassle with dealing with non english speaking Western Union reps as I have to do by phone where I live because that is what is available. There is not law that you cant send cash however all attempts to disguise it should be taken. TMM is a great guy to work with people, don't piss him off and he will treat you well, however you can't expect CIM privileges, etc fresh outta the gate. Build a rep.... It goes a long way.
