Severe wrist pain

Whatever antibiotic you take if any.. make sure it's not one that weakens tendons.. a lot do and will cause tears with weight that may not normally be heavy any given day. Just be cautious
 
My bad i was thinking of elbow pain my wrist hurts alot too fucken hate it so far havent fixed it just work through it plus wraps do help
 
Rolling forearms is painful but it does help the elbow but you need someone that has no mercy to do it
 
JV...seriously...buy a copper magnetic bracelet. Fixed my tendonitis that 2 cortisone shots wouldn't touch.

JuicedVenomYou said knotted, that happen when you ignore the injury and it heels by itself. I have an same issue when I had an slight Crack in my wrist. It's a water pocket doctor said. Basically a knotted scar tissue. They use the term name ganglion, which will goes only with a surgery.
It hurts when stretch the wrist or take it under head.

Severe wrist pain

Godamn. Mine is Not even close to looking like it's even hurt. I can press with it pain free. But DB flyes and curls hurt like a hell. If I wrap my wrist, then curl. The pain goes too my bicep side of the elbow, where the joint is , on the inside, not the outside, where the elbow is. So its at the pivot points. If I do hammer curls it's bad in elbow area. And concentration curls seem to not hurt. I'm going lighter on left side. And taking ibuprofen. Also I can pull with it ok. Like Lats pull downs and rows. But anything that's on like a curl motion or even popping up the Dumbells for shoulder presses hurts like hell. I think I over extended it on a negative set of barbell curls about a month ago.
 
Bro you should check your Uric Acid levels with your liver and kidney levels. Sometimes problem occurs inside our body but hurts outside badly.

I have had same issue with dumbell Flys, bicep curls or if arm wrestle. It feels like the whole arm blows up with pain but you can't understand on which point it occur.
 
I never thought of that. I can't seem to find exactly where it's hurting from. Seems deep inside.

JuicedVenomLike I said get your Uric Acid in check. Else get your hands on some Allopurinol - Zyloprim, it'll basically smoothen the muscles and lowers the Uric Acid from the joints. That's what work for me.

JuicedVenomGood luck with that - never a good time for an injury but you are at a crucial time. I would also cut back dosage of GH just to sure or maybe even split it in 3 doses instead of 2 or however you taking it now - sometimes just a change and stop typing so much - seriously used to fuck me up sitting unnaturally in front of keyboard for so long
 
KAI. the UA SEEMS to be the problem. Started to take turmeric and drink a lot of water. I can now smell it. ITS not even funny. GOOD CALL.
I'm going to keep tanking water and try more turmeric and see. Who knows maybe the turmeric is causing the scent. Either way. I think you nailed it
 
Looking like cialis and dehydration are my cause. I'm just guessing,after reaserch. It actually makes sense now, I started cialis for blood pressure on a daily. And it's gotten worse. So I'll LT off the cialis and guzzle water. See if it's any better. Also Tren I'm on is damn strong. Hmmmmm.
 
Turmeric is one potent and have potential to treat cancer. Antibacterial, anti fungle, cosmetic and many more.
Here still Turmeric used to heal injuries occurs from road accidents. You can mix half table spoon in hot milk and drink at night for better absorption.

Important note - Lower your daily protein consumption as UA levels elevate cause of access protein. Seeded fruits, lentils are also causing problems.

Other than that stop tren and GH for a while and use NPP. It'll help you up forsure.
