should i drop the npp and switch to tren?

its pretty massive for a short ester and a relatively new comer to gear.

I'm just gonna drop the npp and save it for my lean bulk and add my tren e at 200 a week and 50 mg m w f of tren ace with my mast p
 
Very big difference. Short ester you use 100 mg in a couple days 1/2 life. Long ester its around 2 weeks give or take. It's not the mg of active you get but the rate your body uses it.

4.5 day 1/2 life for phenylprop.
14 day 1/2 life for DECA.
Your body is using the short ester MUCH faster, that's the entire point.
About a 3x difference in how fast each ester is used...

Yeah...im aware of that...but fact is 600mg of tren a gives very close to the same results as 600mg of tren e. Not much difference
 
1954, a researcher named Reifstein and his colleagues compared an injection of Testosterone Propionate with Testosterone Enanthate, and they found that the injection of testosterone propionate resulted in nitrogen retention of 1.02g/day with a total measurable anabolic activity of 12 days, while the Enanthate version resulted in nitrogen retention of 1.76g/day and had a total measurable anabolic activity of 33 days. (1). Therefore, a 200mg shot of Testosterone (long ester) is going to have a greater overall anabolic effect than a 200mg shot of a short ester.

So does that mean that the ester effects the anabolic ability of the actual steroid. Well, yes, that would seem to be the case. If a steroid hangs out in your body for a longer amount of time, and helps you retain more nitrogen, then its overall anabolic effect would be greater. Granted, they’re studying a single injection- but with a typical injection schedule of testosterone propionate, as compared to testosterone enanthate, most people gain more weight from the enanthate version. Think about it; experience tells us that with an every other day injection schedule of 100mgs of testosterone propionate versus 400mgs/week of testosterone enanthate, most people gain more weight from the enanthate. Yet, the actual amount of injected (pure) testosterone is virtually the same, even when you subtract the weight of the ester.


Also, testosterone’s effect on Growth Hormone and IGF-I (two very anabolic hormones) are also dependent on aromatization to estrogen? Again, this is why we gain more muscle with the long estered tests. This means that you actually get far more anabolism from the longer estered testosterones, because the increased conversion to estrogen will provide a greater elevation in your GH and IGF-1 levels. And many other positive effects of testosterone are actually dependent on it’s conversion to estrogen as well. Yes, long ester chained TEST create more estrogen than short esters, however, they are more anabolic than short esters, that's why you always hear people bulk on long esters and cut on short esters..

Therefore, long esters are more anabolic than short esters, which they are more beneficial when wanting to slab on muscle.
 
I prefer long but i like short sometimes. Mast needs to be used in high mgs so i dont use mast p much, test p gives me worst side effects then anything. Lol
 
I've read that. Doesn't take from the simple fact fast esters are used quicker and cycles through the body faster than a long ester. This is basic science..
 
Even the article you posted backs me up :/ and a single injection is hardly solid science
 
I as most can run lower amounts of short ester v long. 350 mg prop a week, yet it'd need to be 600-750 of ethenate.

Same as others npp, DECA, tren a, tren e. Sometimes results peak out for other reasons....

I've never taken as much of a short as a long and I've been over 300 pressing 500 without a spot..

WOW!!!! ... Well thats says it all doesnt it!?!?! Lol. Im not sure what your flat bench record has to do with anything. Height and body fat i notice were left out of that i weighed 300lbs also.

I like long and short esters...im aware of the difference as is everyone else that told him to up his npp dose. Its just a matter of opinion
 
It matters as the strength gains ....
It's simple science and like the simplest common knowledge of gear man.
 
And 6 3 about 10%....

Unfortunately a lot of people around here lack the most basic understanding of gear Grimmy. It boggles my mind.
