Starting gh tonight

Another better night sleep. Instead of waking up 9+ times only woke up about 5

Odd question. Anyone ever get any other aches besides hands? My bad shoulder I didn't do anything to it and it started aching yesterday in a way I've never felt before. It's damn near fully paralyzed, very lose in socket, history of frozen shoulder.

Out of nowhere yesterday the entire shoulder has this very odd ache to say the least. Almost like nerves waking up,

If you don't frigerate, some people will have problems like body, joint pain

Peps HGH etc

I find some aches and pains come on but subside with the water bloat and swelling of the feet and hands
