A lot of blah blah blah… his hips are in flexion on every Nordic, which he can’t do 1 rep anyway. Back straight, hips forward… down, is correct form. The reverse “hyper” extension… emphasis on the word HYPER. He doesn’t even reach full extension. All of the variations are bullshitand irrelevant if you can’t do 1 rep correctly.
