thanks for the compliments bros..... Just went off cycle. Im in pct due to having mri's and bloodwork coming up. Have a ligament hung up on bone spurs in my shoulder that they are telling me is ready to slicethrough my rotator cuff. Im told it will be a quick recovery

We almost have the exact same stats. I'm 5'9" 221lbs and 40 years old. Working with homegrown to get the same look but I've got some bf to pull off.
