Time between cycles

That's what I was getting at. Pct is still hormone manipulation. Many vets consider it as time on. So 12 week cycle and 4 week pct = 16 weeks off. Even though it is post, its still part of you total cycle.

But to each his own on that. I've never heard of anyone having an issue over a 4 week discrepancy.

But it's hormone moderation, not outright hormone manipulation. Hell, I've heard some vets claim they stay on for years and come off cold turkey. I don't see how that's possible, but I've heard them say it. A ton of the turds on gh15 claim PCT is hype.

Yeah, I'd still err on the safe side.

To be honest, I've done cold turkey and my natty levels came back up to 400 which for me was very high considering I got on TRT at 96. This was after blasting and cruising for 18 months, it was post show last August. I basically took nothing and my balls filled back out quick and about 2 weeks after cold turkey bloodwork had me at 416ng/dl.

I got back on a few weeks after that and haven't been off since.

HG is gonna deload me in 6 weeks on gear. We'll see them too.

I have talked to IFBB pros that have endorsement contracts with major supps companies that say they don't take more than 6 weeks off before hopping back on, they said usually 4 weeks and your receptors are clear and its ok to jump back on. Now I also have talked to guys that compete on the national level, not pros, that say they are off cycle when they only run 750mg of test per week. I never really go in depth with them about PCT, whether they ran it or if they considered it time on or off, but some had given advice to use it starting last week of cycle and continuing for 3 weeks.

I have run PCT starting last week and going for 6 weeks and for 3 weeks and I never really noticed to drastic of a difference between the two except for the 3 weeks longer length. My balls came back nice and full and I retained a good amount of my gains both way, so I stick with 3 weeks after and pct complete. I did go cold turkey a couple of times because I ended up having to have surgery both times and I didn't have time to prepare for pct so I just came off with no time for anything and it sucked, I lost everything and got fat, but that may have been from not being able to move for 8+months. I wont ever come off cold turkey again. I will always use pct.

Yeah, I've never gone PCT longer than 4 weeks myself.

I have tried a few different protocols and I honestly didn't see a difference except for the amount of time it took, everything was pretty much the same. The guys that I had talked to are huge so I figure they know what to do, they are sponsored and make like 20k a month just to take the companies supps and wear their clothes, they must be doing something right!
