tracking cals, pretty sure i'm in a deficit... no scale weight loss

I would have gave it another 2-3 weeks before lifting again but I'm more of a lean on the safer side of the fence type of guy. Just make sure you stay light for a few months while eating healthy etc. Give your body time to adjust and work upwards to where you once were. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy, don't overdo yourself bro

solid advice friend... i'm taking it pretty easy on chest work... any hint of strain and i stop completely or stop and reduce the weight.

i want to do a mild blast bad though... been over a year since i did one!!!... i think if i still take it easy on chest stuff i would be OK?

Bro there's a research journal article on the question you asked. I would definitely do a mild cycle. Take a moment and read the conclusion on the First page of this research journal.

It tells you basically by using anabolic steroids you will indeed speed up the healing process. But that doesn't mean go being a Hulk Hogan and lifting gazillions of pounds either!

I would also recommend doing Hgh starting at 2iu a day and slowly working up to 4iu a day for the healing benefits.

update... like some have told me... i might suddenly just change weight ... i dropped 5lbs!!! which i was thinking i should be loosing 1-1.5 lbs a week. so that would be right on track.

weight might be up tomorrow..who knows... but that's the biggest change i've seen in years. all i did before this was like a 2 plus years recomp... so through that there wasn't much change in scale weight but dropped a lot of fat and gained muscle.

at this point really just want to cut ..so the reason for more serious diet and tracking

thanks for all the words and support bros...

ok ...honestly weight has got back up to my original starting weight... but i also started a new blast...

feel like i'm making progress though... very slowly but... here's a pic from tonight
