Training with ppl u. Can outlift

Jaygains drives down 1 1/2 hrs on saturdays n we hit legs. Its a little to light. Back to back we get a decent workout though.

Yea when I hug my son my head is in his chest, feels strange..LMAO!!!!! but good for him..... I took after my mom but was gifted with the best genetics of 4 boys.... 🙂
 
30 reps 5 or 6 sets with 300 to 315 will have a hard time WALKING lol.
 
I could never keep a workout partner so finally I went it alone, using heavy ass DB's for chest so I could just dump them when needed. Things were better alone!!!
 
Ive NEVER had a true WO partner even as a gimp they couldn't keep up!
Def best alone IMO
