Username/Passwords for websites?

What do you guys/women do to remember your password/username for all the sites you visit?
I can't get into my secure email and its pissing me off. Yea I xan open up another one but I need info out of this site.
I need to figure out an app or something so I dont forget all the diff passwords I have. Some sites require a bunch of nonsense for a password which makes it a PITA to remember.

I keep all my user names and passwords in a notebook at home.

I don't trust saving passwords and usernames on my phone cuz I've broken many phones b4 and lost everything

Sadly the last I checked the #1 used password in America is still "123456", followed by "password"

I never remember them and have to ask for a reset most of the time. I was talking to a colleague a few days ago and he writes them down. I don't.
