What’s your go to for cutting weight. As I’m not slowly but let’s say you have 6 weeks to cut 15-20 lbs. obviously eating correctly and cardio is a must. But what supplements/gear are you taking for this cut?
My biggest problem with cutting weight for competition is keeping my strength. As I am in a strength sport. I can’t decide if I want to just run dnp an shed it fast or continue with my t3& clen cycle. I’m feeling like shit on the clen an seems I’ve hit a Plato. Still have 15lbs to go in six weeks. My thinking is if I’m gonna feel like shit minus well run dnp a make it quick rather than run clen for six more weeks. Unless there are other things you guys have experienced cutting fast weight?
