Yep, the #1 rule I learned is NEVER send coin from CashApp (or Coinbase, etc) wallet directly to a sponsor. Send newly purchased coin from your CashApp wallet to another wallet (I use Blockchain) and THEN pay your sponsor for your orders from that wallet. Also don't buy (or transfer) a lot at once as large coin purchases and transfers raise flags which might potentially result in you getting banned from CashApp.

krustus bitcoin is actually SUPER easy.
Many are just afraid of change
TBH its by far the easiest system Ive ever used, even paypal is harder

Simply use an exchange like the one I have in the link/thread above
They have NUMEROUS ways to buy using prepaid cards
NO ID required no real info at all
Perhaps standard zipcode on the card end unsure

Once you buy amount you want simply hold in exchange and collect interest on it if you move the coin to their savings feature

To send to an external wallet or a vendors just use the transfer, enter the wallet ID which basically takes the place of a name or email, again privacy

You can easily use google to find the bitcoin to dollar if wallet/exchange doesn't auto calculate

I tried to help you last time you had this same issue.

i appreciate it.. and i'll be trying bitcoin next time.. and thanks Grim... it's just new to me ..with new terms etc.,.. yes afraid of vhange or in my case i guess too lazy.. i'll get it figured out, it seems like the way of the future for now anyway

@krustus offer is still out there if you want me to walk you through it. Apologies for coming off as such a dickhead in yesterday’s posts.

no apology necessary friend... you had a good point... i do appreciate your offer to help and i will hit you up if i can't figure it out (bitcoin)... my original question was just really is there a benefit to using WU online vs. going to the actual store... since either way i will be using my real info. Online would be easier .. and i did end up sending it WU through the site.

the downside that i see for bitcoin besides my laziness with the learning of a new method... is the fluctuation in value.. feels like it could drop in value the second you buy some.. since i have no real experience.. that could be nothing to really be worried about ?

Been a long time since I used WU but if I remember right you couldn’t waive receiver requiring a photo id. It could only be done In store.

It can drop it can also gain and as Ive posted numerous times you can easily get interest off your bitcoin holdings so even if the value per bitcoin drops it can be offset a bit via interest or other methods available in crypto

Example of daily interest from exchange
this is added coin just for holding in their flex savings
interest.webp

I haven't used WU in a while but online they would not send until I called and verified it and sometimes not then, it's like they control your money and at the store they started asking a lot of questions AND I WAS LIKE IT IS NON OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS WHAT I DO WITH MY MONEY. Sorry about the caps..still waking up, just to big of a hassle so I don't use them.

whoa.. i don't understand that... i see the times are all in the same 3 minute span... is that number how much interest?

its because they are different cryptos
Interest depends on coin, a USD backed coin locked in for 30 days can get like 6.5% interest

Bitcoin itself at flex which is not 'locked' think of lock like a CD is just under 1% but better than nothing

I have a site that gives over 4% on bitcoin, other sites as well

There are some apps that give more BUT require ID

I dont do ID

This site LOOKS cheap but don't let it fool you.
I've used for several years NEVER an issue, pays 4.08% bitcoin, payout every day, the prorated of 4.08 annual

Every time Ive requested my funds never an issue have held thousands worth there without worry.

I got lifetime banned on Moneygram the first time I tried to use it online. Using my personal info - home address, real credit card, etc. When I called them and finally spoke to someone they said their security team had identified a security risk and I was lifetime banned.

WU I've had no problem with. But I find that it's way less of a pain in the ass to go to a Publix Supermarket or somewhere similar and send cash with WU there. If you go to one of the standalone WU stores in the low income areas, prepare to stand in line and get coughed on, deal with a bunch of bullshit people, bullshit process/procedures, etc.

In Publix I literally give them my phone number, they pull up my account, I give them a name and a country, hand them cash and then get my receipt and go.

I need to switch to BTC - tried setting it up last time and my credit cards kept getting declined - no real way of troubleshooting it because the info was all valid, error message vague, and no contact info for resolution other than send an email and they say try a different card. So then I get paranoid and think they're just collecting card numbers.

A lot of it could have been some use foreign banks, not all banks play nice
Ive actually had issues with cards and Pay Pal

Do you have a prepaid you can try?
