What's for breakfast

peanut butter, ww, skim milk
 
Egg whites, spinach, green onion and garlic
 
Coffee, 1/2 cup cream of rice with 1/2 package of blueberries with 1/2 carton of egg whites, I do this everyday but Sunday!!
 
just coffee today,, now for lunch mega-protein wrap lol
 
Coffee 6 egg whites, dry ww toast
 
usual, egg whites, dry ww toast and coffee
 
Had a protien shake made with milk and then the gym and then biscuits and hassbrowns with gray and then another protien shake.
 
egg whites, ww toast, coffee
 
hard boiled eggs, high protein pasta, shrimp and veggies
 
left over shrimp, high protein pasta and veggies
 
Coffee, yogurt, granola, and honey, followed by a protien shake mixed with water a a bit of salt.
