Salad with fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, smoked peppers, low fat ham, and oven roasted turkey and a whole wheat roll....mmmmm

now I need a protein drink-
 
2 servings scrambled egg whites, 2 servings ff cottage cheese, 3 pcs turkey bacon, plain ww english muffin
 
Cottage cheese, topped with can of tuna dashed with hot sauce!
 
Fried shrimp fried clams fried catfish turnip greens shrimp slaw and a miller lite
