GD steals large amounts of money from a source. (I've had over $4k stolen from me by that damn company)
Vanilla has not started doing this...YET.
WU fees small amounts of money from a customer to send their transfer($15-50 is small). It has nothing to do with being safe. WU vs GD/moneypak really is a wash in terms of safety. You can use fake names, fake phone numbers, etc with WU. The thing that will get you is the cameras in the store and outside whether you use WU, GD, Vanilla, ETC. You can't escape them anywhere... If they really want you, they'll get you...whoever you are. Source or customer.
So in my opinion, if you have the choice between accepting GD and WU as a source, I personally am going to tell you that you can't use GD. If you want to squabble over $15 then you dont deserve to use our services since we risk so much to offer them to you.
That's reasonable to say the least. And if you don't think so, then go find your local guy in the gym and buy test for $100 a bottle.
yeah i've had a few to drink tonight, but this is pure honesty.
Bitcoin looks promising as the future preferred payment method in this market, and it's gaining popularity everywhere...but most people aren't willing to learn how to use it to complete a transaction. Western union is simple, and expensive. GD is really not a reasonable payment method anymore for most situations due to how fast they close cards and often close them with out a refund (all funds loaded are confiscated), but vanilla is OK for the time being. You never know how long that method will last, though.
Remember guys, this is illegal business. This is not the place to penny pinch- that's when you GET pinched. Until the "war on drugs" is ended, this is how it's gonna be unfortunately.
Just as an example,
Accepting GD raises my prices a LOT but costs you less to send and is convenient. It is much, much more risk on my end of losing money after the transaction is finished.
Accepting WU lowers my prices but costs you more to send. It is zero risk on my end of losing money after the transaction is made.
Food for thought, guys. Any other sources please feel free to chime in as I am sure there are other valid viewpoints and things I'm not considering here.
