They are being sued actually by a Muslim woman. They wouldn't let her wear her head covering thing. They say it's against their dress code. I think they will be having more of these lawsuits coming against them in the future. Serves them right

Well they are being discriminatory in a very bold way. Look at the case of the transgender crossfit competitor suing. It's just a matter of time before they step in a big pile of shit they can't clean off under dress code or code of conduct.

In fact what they are doing is just as bad as if a gym posted that certain races cannot join. Its discrimination period. I don't care one bit, it's just stupid and makes them look like wankers.
