currently cutting for summer... about half way there... feel pretty good about my progress...
both of these are older ,.. the before is almost 10 years ago... no lifting whatsoever...
i was watching TV... looked up towards the kitchen... realized how lucky i was ...and snapped...
realized i haven't workouted regularly at a commercial gym in like 15 plus years... i'm a home...
This is from tweaking my diet and adding cardio. I can lean out rather quickly when I want but...
she ain't much of a cook... but she looks good attempting it... she's been back in the gym hard...
