Breakfast this morning. Burnt the toast but the apple butter made it alright. And real bacon instead of Turkey bacon.

Looks nasty but pretty good snack. Ramen noodles, whole can of salmon, and sriracha. Quick snack with carbs and protien.

Best Dumplings around, hands down. The wife made these home made both and Dumplings since I painted her kitchen!!!

i just ate some planet oat blueberry crumble "ice cream" and a Bobos oat bar. as you can see, i'm eating very healthy tonight 🙂

I will get a couple meals out of that. But wont last long. With my metabolism I have to eat an insane amount of food to gain mass and keep it. I am eating about 4500 calories a day right now not including my protien shakes.
 
Just ate some Thanksgivings leftovers. We eat for mass in my house haha.
