Looks nasty but pretty good snack. Ramen noodles, whole can of salmon, and sriracha. Quick snack with carbs and protien.
i just ate some planet oat blueberry crumble "ice cream" and a Bobos oat bar. as you can see, i'm eating very healthy tonight 🙂
Just made some tuna salad and a protien shake.
I will get a couple meals out of that. But wont last long. With my metabolism I have to eat an insane amount of food to gain mass and keep it. I am eating about 4500 calories a day right now not including my protien shakes.
Just ate some Thanksgivings leftovers. We eat for mass in my house haha.
