How many of you incorporate box/bench squats? I just started about a month ago, and I have to say I fucking love doing them. They allow me to focus on my quads more, and takes a lot of stress off my back and knees.

I used to swear off barbell bench, now I love it. I switch back and forth in phases, now. I love DB because they seem to be easier on my shoulders, with a better stretch, but nothing beats bars for pure mass.
