MLG deca: 500mg weekly
Chem muscle adex: .5mg daily
Also use milk thistle, vitamin c, multi vitamin and b-12 daily

I was wondering what's everyone's average daily weight fluctuation? I've been noticing that I'm averaging around 7-8lbs a day. Trying hard as Fuk to get to 215 and I've found myself in a rut around 180 and I just dont see how I can eat like shit one day and gain nothing but the next day eat very...
Ok, there seems to be a wide range of opinions on this, thought I'd get some input from members.
I've heard everything from 1 gram per pound of "lean mass" to 2 grams per pound of overall weight.
