But since your body seeks natural balance getting his levels checked wouldn't show much, we don't stop producing our body seeks homeostasis so 12.5 showing no suppression without increase equals same. I think your results are more based on your diet and intense workouts Krustus. You ot in the work you got the results, also there is not one study I have ever seen that shows supplementing T3 or T4 will shut you down once you stop. Now if your already producing a low rate I could see this helping but if not I would say it's the work you put in more than the low dose t3.
