Damn that's more than I eat most daysWhen I bulk its all red meat, I stick to filet and rice, or filet and some ravioli. My breakfast.

Some honey and strawberries, blend it all and slam it down, I eat an hour later.
My wife is Indonesian and makes peanut sauce all the time. She fucking hates peanut butter. It’s not the same thing at all. You take raw peanuts, drop the in a fryer for a couple minutes, grind them up, add coconut oil, roasted garlic and little tapioca flour, and pepper sauce to taste. Now making pepper sauce is another thing also.If u need calories.. highly recommend using peanut butter in EVERYTHING. It works good for bith savery and sweet. Peanut sauce is a really good thing to add to most meals and theres a million and one recepes out there for that. And it mixed well from burgers to chicken wraps .. peanut sauce is one of my Achilles heels lol which is why i dont make it often lol. Its packed with calories and tastes waaay too good lol

What sauce? Ive made it before tho I went by taste. i used peanut butter, garlic powder, Soy Sauce mixed with sugar , onion powder, some heat, like chili pepper or cayenne pepper to taste, and water.. i dont remember the exact ratios tho lol, I usually go by taste.. some people like adding cream or Coconut milk, but im not the biggest fan of adding those, but those do lighten up the sauce and coconut milk adds a bit of sweet taste to it, i mean im not gonna pass on peanut sauce made with coconut milk tho.. its still not horrible, better to have peanut sauce than not,but id prefer it a bit less sweet.. its kind of a rip off of peanut sauce i grew up using growing up in the dutch caribbean .. this recepe is pretty close to how i make it (998. Curaçao’s Peanut Sauce) but they use "ketjap manis" instead of soy sauce with sugar like i do.Which kind you use??
