I plan to start my cycle Sunday, June 5th. Currently just running 150mg test cyp. The cycle will be at least 14 weeks long.

Week 1-14 - Test Cyp @ 400mg/week
Week 1-14 - Deca @ 400mg/week
Week 1-14 - Mast E @ 400mg/week
Week 8-14 - Anavar @ 50mg/day

Currently I'm 178.5 @ 12% body fat, maybe slightly higher.

I'm currently running HGH @ 3iu but plan to bump it up to 4iu June 1st and then bump it up 1iu every 2 weeks, until running 7iu a day. For every 2iu of HGH, I will be supplementing with 100mcg of T4. I have enough HGH on hand to run for 10 months total.

My goal is to get around 190Lbs @ 9%-10% flat body fat. I saw LT's bodypose post which he has good definition. I would like to be a tad more defined then that.

For supplements I will be taking fish oil, vitamins, general on cycle supplements for liver protectant etc. I will probably run creatine monohydrate in this cycle.

For my cycle I plan to run Dyel gear. I haven't pinned any of the gear in this cycle yet from him before. I have pinned his test prop, Tren Ace and Test suspension before though.

I got my TRT dr appointment the first week in June and will post up my initial bloodwork after. I've been running 200mg of Test Cyp for the past 7 weeks but dropped to 150mg last week on week 8 and also only pinning 150mg this Sunday for week 9. I expect my test levels to be around 2100-2200. That was using pharma Test Cyp.

I plan to do another Bloodwork panel test at the 6 week mark in my cycle.

For AI, I'm thinking of 0.30mg of arimidex every Mon/Wed/Fri. I'll use my sex drive to judge whether to drop it or keep using it prior to my 6 week bloodtest.

Overall I think this will be fun and I'll post as often as I can. I'm doing this log to push myself and achieve my goals.

its all going to come down to your diet plan ...eat every 2 to 3 hours 7 days a week clean foods
 
Why are you choosing anavar? And such a low dose of it. Var is expensive and not very effective muscle builder

What dose do you feel is complimentary for the last 7 weeks of the cycle?
 
I pinned my first pin of Mast E, Test Cyp and Deca yesterday at 1mL each in 1 pin. Went fine and still no pip just over 24 hours later. Dyel gear is good to go.

Also I will post before pics soon.

Still debating how much arimidex I should use. Going to do half a mG every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But may need to lower it or possibly do it every other day in the long run.
 
Ok cycle started on June 1st and just took my second pin of Mast E, Deca and Test Cyp at 200mg each.

Current weight is 178.8Lbs.

You have a real good start. I noticed you stated you would like to be a bit more toned then my last pic. Diet is gonna be everything as you have a bit of BF to start with. If you can gain 10 and get to your goal of 190 and get pretty defined that would be very impressive. 14 weeks is a good time line but I am not sure that goal can be met with your proposed cycle. I'm not saying it's impossible but to gain ten pounds and shed as much BF as you have to start is going to take extreme dedication especially without Tren. Go crush it DD! I'll be watching.
 
LT you are right bro. A lot of hardcore eating healthy dieting, which might possibly need tren to accomplish.

My TDEE calories(daily calories to maintain) is 3,000.

What calories would you be running daily at my goal and weight?

To be honest, if I got ripped and ended up at 185'ish Lbs I'd be extremely happy.

I'm still doing 4iu or HGH a day with 200mcg of T4. My hands are starting to experience carpal tunnel syndrome. I thought it was from frequent masterbaition but nah, it's on both hands, lol.

I plan to up HGH to 5iu and T4 to 250mcg mid month.

Almost impossible to answer your TDEE question because I have no idea how much your burning during your workouts, how your body uses cals while on gear. What I'm going to try and do and maybe I'll put up a log as well, is keep my cals at maintenance for the start of my cycle and see if I can't lose BF while keeping the muscle weight and perhaps gain a pound or two of muscle. If I keep my cals where they are I should lose a bit of weight but with the gear and eating 5 times a day I hope to stay right around my current weight.


I think it's gonna come down to changing things on the fly a bit especially once your cycle gets going.
 
id suggest backing down until CTS goes away then every week adding another line to slowly get back up. takes time but it's safest. what was the ramp up protocol.

id start 1 am 1 pm do that for 2 weeks add . 5 to the PM. wait a week, add .5 to the AM. wait a week and slowly get up to the target.

Started at 2ius and ran that amount for 3 weeks. Then I worked up 1iu every 2 weeks. So currently been running HGH for 6 to 7 weeks now.

It's not to the point it's intolerable though.
