I plan to start my cycle Sunday, June 5th. Currently just running 150mg test cyp. The cycle will be at least 14 weeks long.
Week 1-14 - Test Cyp @ 400mg/week
Week 1-14 - Deca @ 400mg/week
Week 1-14 - Mast E @ 400mg/week
Week 8-14 - Anavar @ 50mg/day
Currently I'm 178.5 @ 12% body fat, maybe slightly higher.
I'm currently running HGH @ 3iu but plan to bump it up to 4iu June 1st and then bump it up 1iu every 2 weeks, until running 7iu a day. For every 2iu of HGH, I will be supplementing with 100mcg of T4. I have enough HGH on hand to run for 10 months total.
My goal is to get around 190Lbs @ 9%-10% flat body fat. I saw LT's bodypose post which he has good definition. I would like to be a tad more defined then that.
For supplements I will be taking fish oil, vitamins, general on cycle supplements for liver protectant etc. I will probably run creatine monohydrate in this cycle.
For my cycle I plan to run Dyel gear. I haven't pinned any of the gear in this cycle yet from him before. I have pinned his test prop, Tren Ace and Test suspension before though.
I got my TRT dr appointment the first week in June and will post up my initial bloodwork after. I've been running 200mg of Test Cyp for the past 7 weeks but dropped to 150mg last week on week 8 and also only pinning 150mg this Sunday for week 9. I expect my test levels to be around 2100-2200. That was using pharma Test Cyp.
I plan to do another Bloodwork panel test at the 6 week mark in my cycle.
For AI, I'm thinking of 0.30mg of arimidex every Mon/Wed/Fri. I'll use my sex drive to judge whether to drop it or keep using it prior to my 6 week bloodtest.
Overall I think this will be fun and I'll post as often as I can. I'm doing this log to push myself and achieve my goals.
