Sorry about the lack in log updates everyone.Ive been enjoying my retirement and traveling with the family.We just got back from Puerto Rico to see my wifes family and then Florida to do the parks.
I'll try to start to get on here more regularly again though.
Thanks to all who check out and/or follow my log.Hope it helps inspire you young punks to get to the fucking gym and hit it hard and heavy!!!
 
Oh yeah,on a positive note,my sons and I had some great bonding time together in the gym the entire vacation.It was great to have them hitting the iron with me everyday,I missed a lot of this family time from busting my ass to get my business to what it became so im LOVING all the time I can enjoy with them now.

Thanks my brother.Thats awesome.I can't tell you how much this free time means to me now with my family.Been humping it all my life and missed out on a lot.Now its like Heaven.
 
Well this morning was whole body weight training with my son.These are my sets and reps not his.

Warm up 5 minutes on Elliptical
Stretching for 5 minutes before and after.

Push Ups-------------------------------3 sets of 50
Bench Dips-----------------------------3 sets of 30
Pull Ups--------------------------------3 sets of 15
Hanging rows from a squat bar-----3 sets of 30
Triceps Ext from squat bar----------3 sets of 20
Mountain climbing-------------------2 rounds @ 30 seconds
Jumping Squats-----------------------2 sets of 15
 
Ok,today was an MMA cardio circuit consisting of.........

Elliptical before and after for 5 minutes
Stretching before and after for 5 minutes

Burpees--------------------1 minute for 2 rounds
Crab Walk-----------------1 minute for 2 rounds
Jumping Sprawls---------30 seconds for 2 rounds
Bear Crawl----------------1 Minute for 2 rounds
Pull Ups-------------------3 Sets of 15 reps
Hanging Leg Raises------2 Sets of 15 Reps
Dips------------------------2 Sets of 20 reps
Sparing Boxing-----------2 rounds for 5 minutes
