Broken back fake case and a divorce later took me 6 months to get back here taken me 3 years of prayer to overcome that l5 started training like serg nubret bout to go into mentzer style
 
5’9 230 lbs came down from 243 in a week to see what I was looking like trying to stay back up in the 240s and work on aesthetics and waistline

Tha bambino is in full effect homies if u been follwoing you know i been back on it for like 4 months i got sponsored for my show next year on christmas at my 2nd job … thanks for following im at 242lbs roght now probably around 11% bodyfat and any advice and help will be honored for life im running humana right now the oxybol varstan and tbol with cyp and a little sust anybody wants to throw in opinions is welcome thanks for being here bros
