Not getting any gains. I'm not doing everything right but it's still frustrating

I'm going to say this as politely as I can. Put some dad gum fat on that body before I have to come beat you about the head. It cannot be healthy for you to stay that lean all the time. Off season is no place for striated glutes. 🙂

In all seriousness, you may actually have to dirty up a little bit to get more gains at your size. I was just sure the way you were talking in threads that you had actually put some fat on. I was wrong.

You are a freak! And I still want your lats.

Lol.. bro if I had striated glutes right now. I would be eating Wendy's at least 4 times a day.
But your absolutely right I need to eat more. My body is a freaking calorie burning machine right now specially with gh. Recently I've pretty much been eating everything, even ice cream a few nights a week. I guess I'll keep eating dirty until I see fat gains get out of control.

Maybe I can auction off my lats... lol

how tall are you J? Looking great for sure. Just start eating like a fucking madman bro and you be all good once your body catches up with routine.
 
I'm 5'8" Bolt..
I think you and Rock are right. Gotta get the calories in no matter what.
 
In all seriousness.....I'm willing to bet your diet is on point and has been on point for quite awhile. Taking a week or two and getting diry might be the way to jump start your system. Same thing with your workout, Periodization does wonders for strength and metabolism..

....and BTW.....You look great! Hanging out at an excellent and maintainable BF%! Keep it up 😉

Thanks Tsize maybe your right. Maybe the amount of cheat meals I was having before wasn't enough to compensate for the clean part of my diet.

Shredz I'm obviously not an expert you look way better than me my opinion you are way too far advance to be running such a low dose. Your already shredded and a fat burning machine You should be in the grams already in order to blow up high test maybe dbol or anadrol. Your an advanced bodybuilder time to up the dose. Props for getting as far as you have with low doses.

So your saying I should embrace the full power of the darkside!! Go big or go home right.
Well this year I decided to start cruising instead pct so that's the reason I upped my doses up a little bit this time around vs previous cycle. So your saying I should up my doses even more then. Hmmm interesting and tempting.

Grim thanks for the input. I've always been a believer in moderate doses. My best gains have been using a moderate dose combination of multiple compounds. Nothing beats tren gains for me. Even at low dose it gives me great gains.
But I keep an open mind.
