Not getting any gains. I'm not doing everything right but it's still frustrating

higher doses does not = better

i agree, but then again i don't have the mass or low bodyfat of jshredz... so i wouldn't know what it takes to get to his size and condition, but it would only make sense that he needs more calories and more gear than someone my size and bodyfat... but gear alone is never the total answer.. it takes diet and training discipline on top of sensible gear use to achieve this level and god knows what it will take to go to a level higher than he is now?

good luck jshredz... one of the best bros on the forums in my opinion.

Thanks krustus your words mean a lot bro. Being on this forum keeps me inspired to be better and keep learning.
I know I have be patient when I started training at 19 I was only around 115lbs and I thought I ate a lot back then. It's always been a battle to gain more mass. My metabolism has slowed down a little now that I'm 36 but we all know continuing to put on muscle requires consistency, discipline and work.

That's exactly what it takes! Doesn't matter how much gear you pin, if you're not consistent with the total package.
 
don't get me wrong some do need more, but too many focus on the gear and not tuning in on the diet, workout, rest, all over lifestyle.
More gear can actually be worse, more sides, water retention, even death.
I also believe in low/moderate doses of multi compounds..
 
Nobody has ever died from steroids nobody it's always something else diuretics narcotics aka pain meds alcohol hormones do not kill anyone. Sure j doesn't need higher doses he can maintain and look phenomenal my understanding he wants more gains he's a competitor not your average gym rat.If all it takes is eating more all of us would be huge mofos.

Everybody at some point has to up the dosage we all like to pretend we don't use that much were all abusers but we can do it safely. I'm yet to have fucked up bloodwork exept I'vebattled eestrogen before i knew what I was doing. Nobody over 15% bf should be using high doses of test unless your a power lifter and don't care about being fat. First we get lean then up dosages to blow up

RBC alone can kill, high doses cause strokes from increased blood pressure.
The sides CAN kill you.
Especially if you abuse the levels without regulating the rest of the lifestyle.

Orals can kill your liver among other things...

ANY substance abused can kill, hell McDonalds food can, tylenol, aspirin.
About the only thing that doesn't is weed.
 
First off let me say this shredz, you look fantastic man. Great genes and obviously great work ethic.

Grim you are right, steroids most definitely can cause death if all angles aren't prepared for and your bloods aren't kept look after etc.

However, shredz, at your level, with that much mass on your small frame, coming from ecto genes to begin with, 49er could be right. If you're wanting to keep climbing the weight classes, higher doses are definitely going to be your friend. However, if you're just trying to bring a better package at the same weight class each year, in that case I'd say your initial point of consistency in the gym and in the kitchen is all your need. If your body is going to morph much larger, you're probably going to need more gear, but to bring in a harder, tighter package at the same weight, then you're going about it perfectly IMO. You may come in a little heavier every year even with that, too though, just most likely not the same results.

The liver is amazing and recover and heals itself. And yes high blood pressure is very bad that all comes down to the individual being stupid and not getting it under control. You mix orals and aspirin pain meds whatever for long periods your asking for it.

I can inject 5 bottles of tren right now and I won't die. I can drink 1 bottle of aspirin and I'm dead. It all comes down to doing things smart. The thing media hides the most is bodybuilders not all but alot are drug addicts or they live a party lifestyle and those do not mix well with steroids you have to live a balanced life and keep it healthy to the best of your ability. That's why we see all these wrestlers athletes dying they love to party some use coke as pw there's alot of idiots in our sport.

I'm on the fence on doses a little. I've gained from mega doses and I've gained from TRT doses. Sometimes it comes down to your OTC supplements Like adding extra Luecine and Arganine over your intra workout BCAA's. Or getting the right antioxidants to allow your body to recover and grow. There's a mix of all of it. You obviously have done an amazing job so far, no doubt.

Adding the slin hGH combo with the right BCAA/EAA mix should boost you. You are definitely gonna have to raise calories some. 13iu is a hefty slin run so the fact that gains aren't coming tells me it's more diet and possibly stress related.

You know I said it back on bop, when you posted your 8 weeks out pics that you were stage ready then and you definitely stay within 2-3 wks of stage in my opinion, but the top level guys get a little bit nasty in the offseason.

If i remember right, didn't you qualify for Nationals last year? If so, I would say this, Don't get too nasty yet, you are gonna come in great for a national level show and I would definitely put my money on you to get your Pro Card. When that happens, then Start to get a little nasty and we'll see you competing at the 212's - Fuckin Flex best watch out!

I def agree I'm not getting enough calories there's no doubt about it.
Yes I'm qualified for nationals so I'm aiming my sights on a National show either July or. August. There are 2 shows in Pittsburgh on those months. Just haven't made up my mind which show yet.
 
My goal is before i hit 40 to compete nothing big just local shit just to be able to say i did it lol and of course I want to be a big ass jacked bodybuilder 🙂

Hell yea bro hit the stage at least once.. Once you get to that stage you'll know how big you really are.
It's an experience you have that you'll never forget.. Don't we all wanna be BAJB?
