Tore my bicep 90% (distal bicep tendon) over a year ago and still hurts like a mother when trying to do certain pulling movements. Took over 5 months off to heal and feels better but still can't do a pull-up due to the injury. Slowly working on curls and back up to 30lbs without pain. Light weights and high reps is what I had to do to work around mine. Hope everything heals properly and you can be right back where you left off!!
