Took day off again, to heal some more for tomorrow over head pressing. Knee is feeling much better today. I do have a minor tear in the lateral meniscus. Wont be able to do any leg work for at least 2 weeks. Can't squat down at all for shit. Will be focusing on upper body only until i'm healed enough, got some knee wraps last night as well to help.

Took 1/2 cc of deca into lower tear drop muscle of quads near knee it provided pain relief within 10 minutes! Miracle drug right there.

Stay tuned for more, esp once i'm able to do legs again I will be smashing the workouts with higher reps then prescribed for now.

8/10
Military Press- 145x3x5
DB Shoulder Press- 70x6,3
DB Lateral Raise- 20x3x10
BB Curl- 80x3x8
Machine Preacher Curl- 80x3x10

DB Shoulder press was very weak today. I believe the military press had mostly worn me out since I made another 10 pound jump. I will be repeating the weights for military press and DB Shoulder press until I feel much stronger doing the prescribed weight.. Meniscus is doing better have more mobility, almost no pain now, still can't squat to 90 degrees.

I have a ton of free weights at home and a landmine post so I plan on hitting some T-bar rows this afternoon at the home gym.
For anyone curious about my home gym here is what I got:
1 Rogue Fitness Landmine Post
1 Rogue Fitness Multi-grip Bar V2

Incline Machine Bench Press (Weight Loaded Per Side)- 45x15, 70x10 , 90x10,8,8
Machine High Row (Weight Loaded Per Side)- 90x12,12,10,10
Flat DB Fly w/ emphasis on stretch and squeeze- 30x3x10
Cable Pullover- 40x3x10
Face Pull- 27.5x12, 32.5x3x10
BB Curl- 80x3x8

Knee is feeling even better. Will attempt to do some light hack squats tuesday and assess from there on how to proceed on leg degs until fully healed.

FEELING GREAT today after my workout. Full of energy, alert and happy. Which is also good cuz my dad is having open hear surgery today to have a mitral valve replaced...

Watch those hack squats. Lots of flexion on those. If they bother you, you might try slightly above parallel box squats. They tend to be a bit easier on the knees. Just a thought.

Awesome thanks for that. I will try both and see how I feel! Box squats slipped my mind

Bench Press- 225x10,6,7
Machine Incline Bench Press (weight loaded per side)- 100x10,7,6
Cable Chest Fly- 35x3x10
Machine Low Row (weight loaded per side)- 100x4x10
Barbell Curl- 80x10,8,6

Ok so DYEL tren e is the shit. I hit 225 for 10 reps on barbell flat bench holy shit! I've always STRUGGLED to even get 3 reps and to make a jump like that is unreal. I haven't ate shit in 3 days my dads heart surgery didn't go well and he had a stroke but is doing better today. Feeling strong and alpha as fuck. I love TREN 'nuff said

Tren is awesome. My first time on it, I did speed benches, 225x8 sets of 3 with doubled mini bands and did a solid 365 single with straight weight at about 220 pounds. That's not a lot but I'm a TERRIBLE bencher so it was good for me. And that was only 150mg of test and 400mg of tren. It doesn't take much if its good tren.

That's awesome to me! I'm the true terrible bencher. I finally got the right way down watching a tutorial video from Marc Lobliner. Honest to God I have never gotten more then 3 reps at 225 before in my life and I struggled at that. I can't wait to smash thru 235 next week and keep climbing. I want to stay on tren forever lol.

As you know, the bad part is that as with anything that adds a lot of strength really quickly, it doesn't stay when you go off of it. One of the hardest things about steroids is mentally handling the ups and downs. That's what makes them a bit hazardous - many people can't deal with the down and stay on too much for too long.

Definitely. I hope to retain most of the strength gains I get I'm a naturally strong person for my small size. However, my plan for now is 12-16 weeks Tren E 800mg and then drop it and bump test up to 375mg a week for a "cruise" for 10 weeks plus 400mg week mast e then add in some NPP for another blast for 10-12 weeks.

Lite Home Workout

100 push-ups with hands on 35# dumbells turned to 45 degree focusing on stretch and squeeze.
Hammer curls 35# 3x10

I did not go to gym today. I couldn't do it I've been so exhausted from this past weekend with my dads heart surgery and then the stroke he had Sunday morning. Will hit the gym tomorrow morning bright and early 4am as usual. Fully intend to hit legs. Knee feels perfect like nothing ever happened. So we will see tomorrow.

8/16
Laying Leg Curl- 110x10,9,10,10
Standing Calf Raise Machine- 270x3x10
Leg Extension- 160x3x8
Tricep PD Grip Variety- 65x20,15,10

Attempted unloaded hack squats couldn't handle the pain wasn't intense but was enough to stop. Also felt pain on leg extension. Leg curls and calf raises were fine. Will see how I feel attemtping deadlifts friday. Tomorrow is Shoulder and traps day will throw in some arm extensions and db kickbacks

Quick update I have increased my test e dose to 375mg/week. Just pinned tonight my other half. I do twice a week split injections. I have to say that prestige muscle/black diamond test e is super smooth I used a 27g pin no issues and never any pip.

I've also made it a goal to hit 315 pound bench Press for 5x5 before my 16 week tren e blast is over. The last 4 weeks of the tren e I'll be adding in the 400mg mast e to help levels build up for the cruise of 375 test e and 400 mast e for 10-12 weeks

8/17

Military Press- 145x3x5 ---- Felt really strong today will increase 10 pounds next week
DB Lateral Raise- 25x3x10
Machine Shoulder Press (weight loaded per side) - 55x3x12 ----- What an awkward ass machine to use. Did each shoulder individually instead of together was beyond fucked up trying to do it together
Barbell Shrugs- 315x3x6
Machine Tricep Extension- 80x12,10,15

Notes:

I did not take my BPI Health CLA + Carnitine preworkout like usual and I noticed a difference in my performance. It wasn't signficant but noticeable. I'm loving the supplement tho I truly believe it works and hopefully it can help to burn fat as it claims but have seen that fat reduction wont be visible until 3 months of continuous use and a decent diet with exercise.

Watched a video from THE44 on youtube I believe he is on this forum as well and going to try a new warm up of fatiguing the muscles first to build up lactic acid and from there do my working sets to really pack on the muscle. Interestingly I just read an article yesterday morning on T-Nation about the exact same thing.

Still working towards being as lean and as strong as I can with decent muscle.
