Seated Leg Press- 200x20, 300x12, 400x12,10,10
Cable Chest Fly- 30x2x12, 35x2x12
Low-High Cable Chest Fly- 20x4x10
Hack Squat- 360x2x8
I did get a good pump in the pecs am quads regardless
