Did a little workout today stopped once my back had enough

Seated Leg Press- 200x20, 300x12, 400x12,10,10
Cable Chest Fly- 30x2x12, 35x2x12
Low-High Cable Chest Fly- 20x4x10
Hack Squat- 360x2x8

I did get a good pump in the pecs am quads regardless
 
Messed my knee up on that last workout been resting the past week. Will be in gym tomorrow doing a now workout plan geared towards football. Friend of mine owns a professional minor league team here in my town and got tryouts coming even if my knee is t 100% still wants me to show up.
 
Threw my fucking back out carrying dog food I did some of my workout but the pain got to be way too much. Gonna have to do some stretching and rehab work now same pain I had back in 2008 ����

DB incline Bench- 50x2x12, 60x2x8
Hyper Extensions- BWx10, 10x1x10, 25x2x20
Wide Grip Upright Rows- 100x4x8

Went to go do Lateral raises with dumbbell and picking them up did me in. I twisted the wrong way or something carrying the 50 pound bag of dog foos
Isn't it weird how freak accidents happen? My gf works with someone who fucked her back up badly sneezing, of all things. Seriously. Not just a tweak either, she's messed up. She was an active person too, not an out of shape couch potato.

Man that's horrible I hope I don't end up like that my back is 90% g2g but I really jacked my knee up man it hurts so bad and the numbness ain't good
 
Got cleared by 2 doctors today sports medicine and the ortho. Can do any exercise I want and feel comfortable with. X-rays showed Knee fine so......

Hmm I see I have forgotten to update this in a while. I have been working out but started a new position at work keeps me super busy and tired I’ll post up the rest tomorrow.

Reverse Grip Bench Press- 135x1x10 was just trying it out never done it before I liked it and felt stronger on it.
Flat Bench- 235x6,6,5,5
ISO Incline Bench Press- 70x1x10, 80x3x10
BFR Preacher Curl Machine- 50x2x15, 25x2x15 (30seconds rest Max between sets)
Seated Leg Press- 210x4x15
 
It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted so here is a current shape photo this is from 3 days ago. I haven’t stepped on a scale in over a year.
A huge milestone I have reached is 900 pound leg press for 2 reps. I have video but dunno if it’s to large to upload. Just been grinding it out when I can. I don’t always make it to the gym every time I should. Am also divorced now 3 year marriage down the drain.

1,000 pound leg press video coming by December 31. Already smacked 900 for 7 with plenty of gas left in tank

Thanks bro it’s been a long very rough journey after everything I went through and lost. working out going to the gym kept me sane and gave me purpose.
 
So I completely forgot to post an update but I did reach my goal!
On Dec 21, 2019 I smashed 1,110 pounds on the leg press for 3 reps.
I’m currently running

Just finished off the last of his tren I was on tren almost non stop for 2 years I had maybe a two month break twice.
