Arms, last few workouts have been stale. Might need to switch gyms for a bit.
 
Nothing for a days then I'm going back. Took some time off gym and gear. Excited to get started with the new cycle!

chest and tris 3x yesterday, absolutely destroyed my tris
back/shoulders today. bis and back tonight

Chest and tris, still pretty weak 235x3 was my max today. Probably could of done it 5x but stayed at 3
IM A WUSS!
 
Legs.

15 sets leg press 20-25 reps per set
12 sets walking lunges. No added weight
8 sets leg extensions 20 reps per set
8 sets leg curls 20 reps per set
 
upper back/shoulders
 
back/delts
plan to hit biceps/back tonight
 
back, delts, bis
 
just some elliptical today. will be doing my "A" reps day tomorrow. back has been acting up so i hope everything goes ok
