I do it in the morning because that is the best time for me cause I am always eating and there isn't really a time during the day when I don't have food in me, I could do it after the gym because I don't eat for awhile after I workout because my post workout drink fills me up for a bit.

I think you should stop the gh immediately!!!

When I was on the nords I was tired all the time, that was also when I was splitting up the dose morning and night. On the elis I am not tired like I was before, I do still take naps throughout the day. The nords I would be so lethargic and tired and wanted to just sleep all day, the elis I don't act like that. I am actually awake and wanting to do stuff and not just sleep. Its like one kind did this and the other kind did that but both kinds didn't do the same things.

I'm running the hypes green tops and was tired all the damn time. But once I got adjusted, it is a lot better. There were days I to just wanted to sleep all day long.

LOL. I am on my last kit of elis now but am contemplating getting more. I can get a lot of different kinds but these are working I am just hoping this painful shooting and numbness stops soon.

DGAF you should definitely split that dose up bro.. if your only taking like 2-3iu ED bang it as soon as you wake up. if 4iu then 2iu waking and 2iu Post WO. 6iu I would do 2iu morn, 2iu Post and 2iu Bedtime no matter what that guy says. Most guys runnning that shit comp style run in this maner. You def want to take advantage of your natty GH but that shits gonna decline anyways the longer your shooting exogenous. Just my 2cent but if your against Bedtime go 3iu morn and 3iu Post.. shooting 6iu morn is too much unless your trying to split 20iu like jokers friend lol..

Well noted bro. Now what is the difference between all at once and split up? You are doing the same dose just the timing is different. So would splitting it up decrease the sides somehow even though you are taking in the same amount either way? Im not against it at all and it is an idea for me to ponder, and im not being a smart ass I am learning this and I am taking in everything all you guys are saying and I just have questions to ask to help me understand the reasons. I really appreciate all the responses its bringing a lot to light.
 
well the same science as to splitting up you long esters into 2 per week instead of one. I think it gives you a steadier stream of GH throughout the day. main thing with this game AAS and BBing in general down to nutrition is Timing timing timing.. Yeah you get a big blast up front but what about mid day and PWO. Since your natty levels are on while sleeping that is the last time I would shoot and only do it if running 6iu and up bc you need to shoot at least 2iu min per shot. Just my thoughts and I have some good advice from some very very in the know guys among some are two of the top Hormone replacement Docs here in ATL..

Thanks brother i understand the steady stream throughout the day. Its a good philosophy and I think maybe I will split it up morning and PWO and leave bedtime for natural, see how that goes.
 
So next week I will start 3 and 3 split, I just have to remember to do it after my workout and make time to do it then.

I pin 5iu's a day. 2.5 as soon as I wake up, and then the other 2.5 about 3:30 to 4:00. I have messed up and waited to long and pinned around 7 or 8, but only once or twice. Sides are incredibly lax this way.
 
I am gonna split it up next week and see if the sides go down. I hope so cause this numbness and pain is bugging the shit out of me.
 
After much reading I have come to the decision to lower my dose drastically, from 6ius ed to 2ius ed. I found that all my symptoms fall into the overdosing category. I have numbness constantly in my ring finger and spreading to my middle finger and into my thumb, both arms fall asleep within mins of laying on either side respectively, the only comfortable position is laying on my back with both hands on my stomach or thighs, my pinky finger is not affected which tells me it is the medial nerve which does not control function in the pinky finger, I am starting to get real bad carpal tunnel symptoms with the sharp shooting pain to my fingertips and not being able to hold any weight in my hands even as little as my cell phone, and I am constantly dropping things because I have no feeling in my hands. I am hoping that dropping the dose real low will alleviate the problems because I don't want to come completely off and most symptoms are caused by the hgh and should diminish with less doses and or discontinuing, so start with lowering to relatively small dose and go from there. I tried but couldn't take the sides as they are annoying, frustrating, and painful. One good thing I guess is I know I got good stuff! I will update soon after decreasing the dose and if sides start to go away or not.

Yep...all signs point to overdosing. But, geez,...only 6iu's a day for a man your size sure doesn't seem like a lot at all. Let us know how this goes.

That was the same thing I said to my wife but when I was reading about it a few articles said that high doses of gear can actually cause symptoms of cts from nerves being pinched and pressed on from the muscles in the shoulder and neck, that coupled with the use of hgh the symptoms can be amplified, I am at almost 5000mgs of gear a week, so I have cut all my gear doses in half starting today. I was going to taper down anyways starting this month and by the beginning of the year be on a low test cruise. Im not wanting to come completely off the gear or the hgh but if it comes down to it and I have to come off I have everything I need for a proper pct. Either way I am prepared.
