Nothing, cant eat.
 
2 Whole eggs, 4 egg whites, and 1/2 cup Oat Bran. Every day
 
% raw eggs in my protien drink toaste and shredded wheat. Prworkout. Post workout two ham steaks about half a pound a baked patato pasta carrotts and a quart of milk.
 
Coffee, no food, pure caffeine
 
Super healthy,,,,,donut
 
Nothin wrong with a donut now and then but I wouldn't make it an every day staple. Truthfully, it's probably better to eat a donut than nothing.
