What's for breakfast

4 tbsp natty peanut butter on 2 slices whole wheat, 5 egg whites, and coffee
 
Today it was oatmeal, 2 spoons of peanut butter, 4 hard boiled eggs, and 1/4 cup flax seed
 
4tbsp natty peanut butter on 2slices whole wheat 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup oats and COFFEE!
 
6 egg whites
1/2 cup rice
4oz chicken shredded
Salsa
All mixed together and topped with some cheddar cheese.
