What's for breakfast

Same everyday. 3 eggs, 7 egg whites, 2 cups of oatmeal. 2 smaller coffees at home - splenda and heavy whipping cream and an extra large from dunkin on the way to work
 
3 large brown eggs, scrambled with cheese, 5 strips bacon, wheat toast with Ghee, protein shake, lots of water to start the day.
