for breakdast, 3 eggs, 3 slice bacon, 30 grams of cheese and 1.5 cup of hash borwns, because its breakfast i need me some hash damn it.. lol oh.. and coffee

Bacon wrapped steak fillet, sweet potato, mushrooms and piece of strawberry corn bread
 
Pork, red potato's, red onion, yellow squash, zucchini, corn, and sweet peas.

I used olive oil, basil, oregano, salt, pepper, worchestsour sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder.
