I havent made copies but im trying to incorporate some the stuff you suggested tomorrow ill try figure out a good plan. I dont know how to do a log never done one.

Looks good! I make them with ground chicken breast and turkey, kids actually like them more than beef now. Even have the wife use chicken/turkey for meat balls now.

Another low carb day here....

Worked legs.. came home and had...

1 scoop of whey/micellar casein (while cooking)
2 whole eggs
6oz of chicken
1 tbsp of butter
 
Back and legs today and this pwo meal.

Chorizo burrito!

Living it up before two months of straight keto!!!!

Just pounded down this 1.5 lb Burrito. man it was good. Lasted about a minute and a half.
