What's for supper

1/2 tub plain fat free greek yogurt, some berries mixed it, 2 scoops chocolate protein mixed in as well
 
chicken burger on ww, sliced tomato
 
1 cup seeds of change, Quinoa & Brown Rice w/garlic
4.5oz lean ground beef
1 green bell pepper sliced, cook with beef
2tbsp better than bullion
5tbsp cholula
Cook the below together and then mix with rest
1/2cup sliced mushrooms grilled in skillet
1 chopped yellow onion grilled in skillet
1oz feta crumbles until melted creamy


All mixed together to make yumminess
 
chicken sausage, non fat greek yogurt few berries and whey protein
 
cheap cube steak but was YUMMY
 
I have to do better, we had chilly with peppers (love peppers), ground sirloin, northern beans and chili beans......with sour dough rolls....
 
Tilapia and shrimp tacos.

Normally don't drink a whole lot. But had a hankering for a beer ( Blue Moon ) love that with a wedge of Orange this weekend with some deep dish pizza for the game.
