What's for supper

I had part of a porktender loin, 2 brauts, wild rice, egg noodles mixed with both and veggies. With a metabolism like mine I gotta eat alot, dont have to watch my diet really. More of a high carb high protien diet basically for me to grow.
 
must be nice i cant eat unless on extreme bulk.
gotta be very careful
 
Steamed veggies, hard boiled eggs
 
Asparagus cooked in butter radishes some grilled chicken and prolly a Oreo Klondike bar or two.. don’t judge
 
quinoa, chickpeas, and gardein beefless ground crumbles. then i had an oatmeal cookie protein shake (oatmeal, hemp protein, dates, cinnamon, and vanilla almond milk)
 
PURE BULKING
2 boxes Mac N cheese
2 boxes rice a roni long grain
2 cans salmon
Can chili
Ate it ALL holy fng calories! Afraid to even figure them out 😛
 
I have gone back to eating a lot of tuna fish and rice, tuna fish and pasta, hell tuna fish and anything lol.
 
Im super easy gainer as well but SHOCK AND AWWW 😉

Hoping to put on 20...
